If you want to convert a Theme, you have to know some basics in HTML, CSS.
Wordpress Themes are quite different from Blogger. For the starters, you can choose some Template for Blogger, and customize it step-bystep:
- pictures
- CSS styles
- graphics
There's no software that can do that automatically. Yet. There are lots of web sites that will help you with Blogger customization. And that is what you need.
From the Wordpress, you just need to pick up same graphic and style.
I am using blogger, I am not proficient but have started using and playing with blogs. You can change your blog theme by picking up theme from the one available and then customizing it. All you need to do is go to customize your blog section and then blog layout or template option, here you will find edit HTML, you will find edit template. You can change i.e. modify the code but you need to be very careful, make sure that you keep backup of the original template. View my blog and you may get some idea. http://offshore-it-outsourcing.blogspot.com/
I have other blogs that I update on regular basis. You can find my other blogs by clicking the link About me in the header of the blog. Still if you have any query feel free to contact.
You can pick an existing theme in Blogger, then use Customize.

Sign in to Blogger » Template » Edit html
Here, you can upload the template and Save the Changes.
(Always remember to backup your current template first before making any changes).
I think at this point they don't yet have any premade/preset ways for the two to interact, so for now the best way to apply a Kuler theme to you blog is to just grab the color codes. You probably know this already but: You can get the hexadecimal codes by getting a free eyedropper application that grabs the hex codes for you, or taking a screenshot and getting the color values (since in photoshop the values will show up in the color picker), or in Kuler when you edit a theme.
And just in case there IS a quicker way, run your question by the Kuler forums, since someone there will likely have already tried to do the same thing you are.

It's a bit underdesigned, but it's not an atrocity.
It basically looks like you got a skin from someplace else but don't have the skills to properly incorporate it into your blog.
